Tell us what you saw.
One form, one inbox, read by people who can act on it. Reports, press questions, offers of help and complaints all arrive in the same place.
If an animal is injured in front of you right now, call your national emergency number or the nearest wildlife rescue first. This form is read during office hours.
What happens next
It reaches a person, not a queue
The office reads everything the same day. Nothing is auto-sorted and nothing is auto-answered.
We come back within two working days
Even when the answer is that this is not something we can take on.
Reports go to the casework team
If it looks like a criminal matter it is logged as one before anybody replies to you.
You decide how visible you are
Say so in the message if you do not want your name in a file, and we keep it out of everything we can.
Why this form is strict
This form refuses VPNs, proxies and anonymising networks. With every message it records the sender’s IP address, network operator, browser, device and screen, the time zone the machine is set to, and the cookie this site placed on your first visit, so that two messages from the same browser can be recognised as one sender. Our staff receive death threats. When that happens we want the technical details already in hand for the police report rather than gone. If that is a problem for you, write to the office by post instead.
